What are Snazz chains made of?

Every Snazz chain is handmade from natural stones, including gemstone beads, freshwater pearls and natural shells. Because every stone is natural, colours and shapes can vary slightly from piece to piece. That's what makes yours one of a kind.

How long are the chains?

Our chains are 31 cm long, a comfy length to carry in your hand or wear on your wrist. You'll find the exact length on each product page.

Do Snazz chains work with other phone cases?

No. Snazz chains are designed to work with the Snazz Clear Case only, so your chain stays secure and looks just right.

Can I buy a chain or a case on its own?

Yes! Chains and the Snazz Clear Case are sold separately, so you can add a new chain to the case you already have, or grab a case in your size.

Phone compatibility

Which phones do you make cases for?

Right now we make cases for iPhone only: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 17 and iPhone 17/18 Pro Max. More models are on the way, so follow @snazzkw to hear first.

How do I find my iPhone model?

Open Settings → General → About on your iPhone. Your model name is shown next to "Model Name". Then choose that model from the dropdown on the case product page.

Is Snazz affiliated with Apple?

No. Snazz is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment options shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at info@snazzkw.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all around Kuwait and worldwide.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery fees and estimated delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I pay customs duties on international orders?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your iPhone model before ordering, and email us at info@snazzkw.com if you're unsure. We're happy to help you pick!
